Hi there friends,

I’m back again, this time with a children’s book which from the blurb, sounded my kind of book! It didn’t let me down either… phew! A fun read, filled with adventure, mystery and a little bit of super too! Anyway, let’s get on with the review…

I received an eBook copy of this book from the publishers via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

What would you do if in the middle of a Geography lesson your arm disappeared? Everyone knows that Miss Cooper’s geography lessons are that bad you start to disappear, but never has it happened quite so literally! When Jess’s best friend notices that Jess is becoming invisible, she’s convinced it’s a trick of the light. It isn’t, in fact it’s about to completely change their lives. In fact, Jess might be more of a superhero than she ever thought she was capable of being.

This was a really fun book to read and I greatly enjoyed it. Kessler’s writing style is simple, easy to read and fun. The characters were all interesting and important to the story. There’s great adventure and mischief for these teenagers to have with crystals, scientists/doctors and even a strange sci-fi lab! This would be a lovely book for children aged 8/9+ to read and enjoy. Plenty to keep them intrigued and hooked, and maybe even thinking about what their own superpower would be if they could have one too!

I hope you enjoyed my review, if you did please hit that like button! If you would like to purchase a copy of the book, you can do so from Amazon UK HERE. Let me know what you thought about it in the comments if you have done.

Happy reading,
Anna x
