Hi there friends,
I read this book over the Christmas period and really wanted to share my review with you! A Christmas romance book so definitely a bit different…
I recieved an eBook copy of this book by the book’s publishers via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
When I first obtained a copy of this book, I didn’t realise it was part of a series. However, don’t let this stop you from reading this as I didn’t feel that I missed out from not reading any of the other books in the series.
Lauren has been let down by Jack, big time. When Lauren goes to the airport to leave for Texas she finds herself alone. With no response and no valid reason why, Lauren leaves to see her family for the Christmas period. Can Jack make up for leaving Lauren alone and can he make this a Christmas to remember rather than one Lauren would rather forget?
A lovely light Christmas story with a good cast and fun pace. The only problem was its steady nature, nothing really apart from the beginning of the book caused any problems other than family. Despite this, it was still an enjoyable read.
If you would like to read How to Bake the Perfect Christmas Cake, you can do so by obtaining a copy from any of these places: Amazon UK, Barnes and Noble and Waterstones. Please don’t restrict yourself to only these places, I have only listed these as they are some of the largest book retailers. Support your independent book retailers as they depend on your custom!
Happy reading,
